The design of this PLATFORM starts from the concepts of transparency and competitiveness. To this end, we undertake to respect the confidentiality of operations in such a way that the CONTRACTORS do not know what other companies compete with it in each operation of the Platform.
The Registry in the Portal entails the commitment to participate in it, keeping these principles and observing the due respect to the rest of the participants and to be truthful of all the information that is provided.
Any action aimed at obstructing these principles will be considered inappropriate and BIDINLINEUSA reserves the right to withdraw said companies from the PLATFORM.
All the companies or users registered in the Portal (as well as each one of its Branches) adhere to this Code of Conduct, which implies the total acceptance of it.
Those companies or users that violate this Code of Conduct may be withdrawn from the Portal without the right to any compensation.
